Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis.
- Daily order entries into SAP system.
- Managing orders through to delivery.
- After sales service.
- Preparing quotes, following up with suppliers.
- Price and specification checks.
- Trade shows and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Successful completion of an undergraduate degree.
- Personality profile that matches to the role.
- Better-than-average Mathematics and English proficiency scores.
- Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Knowledge of residential building practices would be an asset.
- Willingness to attend occasional trade events outside of office hours.
