Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

• • Communicating with clients on a daily basis.

• • Daily order entries into SAP system.

• • Managing orders through to delivery.

• • After sales service.

• • Preparing quotes, following up with suppliers.

• • Price and specification checks.

• • Trade shows and meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• • Successful completion of an undergraduate degree.

• • Personality profile that matches to the role.

• • Better-than-average Mathematics and English proficiency scores.

• • Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to learn new software systems quickly.

• • Knowledge of residential building practices would be an asset.

• • Willingness to attend occasional trade events outside of office hours.
