Senior Account Manager

What you will be Doing:
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new & existing clients.
- Presenting and demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
- Assisting in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Staying current on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales/account management experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Permian Basin.
- Experience with automation, electrical, instrumentation or measurement services would be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and their applications.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field would be highly regarded.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Midland office.
- Standard working hours are 8am-5pm with some flexibility.
- Majority of the week will be spent visiting customers. A company vehicle will be provided.
- 25% travel away from home can be expected.
