Job Description

The role consists of the following daily tasks:

  • Managing dedicated customer accounts
  • Planning, coordinating, and dispatching orders within the organization and to outside partners
  • Offer guidance, support, and customer service.
  • Develop new customer relationships when the opportunities arise
  • Freight rate negotiation skills

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing duties simultaneously
  • Ability to persuade, influences, and negotiate with others
  • Works well in a team environment and collaborates with internal departments
  • Maintains a positive attitude and stays motivated in a fast-paced work setting

Assets:

  • Logistics sales experience
  • Knowledge of load booking with appropriate carriers and partners.
  • Knowledge of Loadboards, TMS, and possession of a network of carriers and accounts.
  • Bilingual English/French
  • The ability to organize dedicated transport runs, routing, and planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
