Customer Service Representative
Crawford Butz is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and carry on our tradition of excellent client relationships.
Job Type
Full Time with potential for limited remote work arrangements.
Hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Proactively seek instruction and feedback to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Promptly and accurately answer all customer communications and requests. Examples include (but not limited to): policy quotes, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services.
Develop a strong working understanding of the agency’s CRM tools and complete all data entry accurately.
Seek education on carrier and industry trends to contribute to personal and agency success.
Skills and Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proficiency with computers and basic systems (management systems, email, Microsoft office, etc.)
Able to multitask and resolve issues efficiently
Property and Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
