Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager who is fluent in both Spanish and English to oversee our Atlanta branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of cleaning professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations in a 24/7 environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement essential business plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster strong client relations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team to deliver outstanding results.
- Oversee branch functions including payroll and billing.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with the business development team to expand market presence.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in management or a related field
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software
- Facility management or related service industry experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management including QuickBooks
- Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 business operating model.
