What We Need

GPS Insight/Certified Tracking Solutions is looking for a Sales Coordinator. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing cycle in Titan GPS systems, ensuring accurate validation, documentation, and facilitation of hardware orders. The role requires effective coordination between sales, fulfillment, and accounting teams to optimize operational workflows and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Order Processing:

  • Monitor incoming hardware orders and accessories in HubSpot/Netsuite/Salesforce, ensuring correct entry in the designated dashboard.
  • Validate order details against attachments for product specifications, pricing, and customer information.
  • Update and manage sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring accurate data translation and adjustment from prospect status to customer status.

System Management:

  • Navigate and manage updates in our CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all sales transactions and customer interactions.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary communicator within designated Slack channels to support real-time validation and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any operational challenges.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Generate timely reports on order statuses, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal standards.
  • Own your process and maintain/create processes around workload.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, specifically experience working with Salesforce.com, Netsuite and HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
