Job Description

**THIS IS AN ON SITE JOB**


Join our team that focuses on being humble, hungry and smart! We're looking for an ideal candidate who has integrity and is ready to serve our customers who we believe deserve 5-star attention. Your job will be to cater to our existing customers, and learn more about them in order to develop long lasting relationships. You'll find missing opportunities by asking questions and in doing so, you will drive sales growth with unlimited potential. Use your administrative skills, people skills and our existing tools to create long-term goals and execute them!


Base Salary is $40,000 with potential to make $100,000+ w/ Commission.


Requirements

1 year of consultative sales experience
Ability to travel occasionally
Proficient in the use of CRM's

Preferred
3+ years of consultative sales experience
Business w/ Government(schools), Buyer facilitation, Contracts, Bid proposals.


General Accountabilities

New Business

  • Prospect leads provided by Sales Manager as well as leads discovered by personal research
  • Acquire new customers and hit target revenue
  • Product Knowledge - Understand our product line in order to best facilitate the buying experience for the customer.
  • Executing the Sales Process


Owning the Relationship

  • Create rapport and develop relationships to provide buyer facilitation.
  • Discover and communicate customer needs
  • Bring AM into the relationship with customer
  • Emphasis on the first year, however maintaining a pulse on the relationship throughout the life of the customer.
