Headquartered in Columbus, OH Lifetime has opened several new branches over the last 3 years and has established a national footprint. LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.
Lifetime Quality Roofing is seeking a Business Development & Relationship Leader with a varied background in roofing, commercial construction and/or real estate. This position has come available due to our growth and will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our clientele base. This role will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client base by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand roofing and restoration service offerings.
- Develop relationships with Associations, Property Management companies, Developers, Manufacturing/warehouse etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our partnership base and increase revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and identify new opportunities
- Support contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with new and existing relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years in business development or account management, in the construction, roofing and/or real estate industry or closely related field REQUIRED
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel as needed - locally and regionally: Ohio/Pennsylvania/Texas/Florida/North Carolina
