Account Manager
Overview:
TuneZilla is looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. You’ll be responsible for nurturing dealer relationships, driving platform engagement, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the TuneZilla platform and associated platforms.
- Grow a portfolio of 250-300 dealer accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a strategic advisor to dealers, offering insights and support to enhance their success.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase dealer engagement and upsell services.
- Proactively address dealer performance issues to maintain consistent growth.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to advocate for dealer needs and contribute to continuous platform enhancements.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally in the automotive or tech industries.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
