Tilson Homes is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Bryan, TX! As the leader of our Tilson Team at this design center, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and staff, as well as providing top-notch customer service to ensure customers have an optimal experience.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have great interpersonal skills; be able to think quickly on your feet; showcase an acute attention to detail; and show great problem-solving capabilities. Previous experience working in homebuilding or real estate is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service-related issues.
- Interact with our marketing and online sales team to optimize lead conversions, appointments, sales, starts, closings, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Use metrics, data, interdepartmental communication, and established goals to hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting targets.
- Ensure staff accountability to company goals and provide training opportunities for career advancement.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years new home sales experience and/or project management -OR- High school diploma plus 5 years new home sales or project management experience and 2 years of management experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
