Job Description

GriffEnergy, one of the largest residential solar companies globally, is seeking self-driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as full-time Solar Consultants. If you are passionate about renewable energy, love interacting with people, and have a knack for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development activities to generate leads and expand our customer base
  • Engage in outside sales to promote and sell our solar products and services
  • Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Use your technical knowledge to effectively explain the benefits of solar technology to potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information and support throughout the sales process
  • Inbound and outbound lead responses
  • Participate in ongoing training events and camps focusing on team building, health, leadership, and business/sales mentorship

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, outside sales, or business development
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Technical knowledge or background in solar energy is highly desirable
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
  • Must have an office set up or be willing to invest in a home-based office set up

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $42,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
