Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for digital advertisement (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) campaign implementation, ad creation, and continued refinement to ensure target sales and ROAS objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with digital ads management, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: In person/office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement targeted ad campaigns, ad sets, and ad assets for use in paid social media campaigns.
  • Create and update Performance Max, Search, Remarketing, and Demand Generation Campaigns as part of the total Google Ad Account Management.
  • Conduct audience research for precise targeting.
  • Create new and optimize existing audiences for precise targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns utilizing A/B testing where appropriate.
  • Manage allocated budget and resources efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on social media advertising trends.
  • Analyze performance and report on key metrics (primarily Google and TikTok specific).
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range optimization opportunities to be addressed in campaigns.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all social media presence for Ava Lane Boutique.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working in digital marketing.
  • 5+ Years of experience with Google Ads Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently report and analyze key digital ad metrics.
  • Proven ability to utilize and or produce digital media content for use in digital ads (both video and graphics).
  • Proven track record of generating sales and meeting ROAS requirements.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of graphic design principles.
  • Expert at meeting deadlines and utilization of time management skills.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to workflow progression and problem-solving, ability to multitask.
  • Team Oriented – Must possess the skills required to work as an active team member, including but not limited to communicating with coworkers & assisting in other areas as needed.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and must have a positive attitude.

Work Environment:

Employees will be working in an office setting.
