Job Description

We have an opportunity for a National Field Service Coordinator to join our growing team. We have the largest Environmental Test Chamber Service group in the USA and this new position will bring organization, management and accountability for all our service technicians throughout the nation. In this role, you will be responsible for improving, developing, designing and implementing all service related processes and monitoring metrics as well as integrating these into our CRM system. You will hold all service teams to these processes, while maintaining standards of documentation and reporting timelines. We are looking for you to be process-driven, detail-oriented, and possess a proven track record of successfully managing projects and implementing process improvements in a similar environment. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the full automation of the Hubspot system for all service operations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear direction and guidance, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues in status meetings with upper management (including directly with the CEO) to resolve issues as they arise, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with regional service managers to ensure alignment and consistency in the implementation of processes and HubSpot integration.
  • Provide training and support to users to facilitate understanding and proficiency with the new system.
  • Address concerns and resistance to change through effective communication and coaching.
  • Act as a liaison between service teams, marketing, sales and HubSpot support, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process implementation and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to track key performance metrics related to service operations.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to Sales Leadership and CEO.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or PM Certification or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ Years of experience in project management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • 2+ Years experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of service and sales agreements and excellent ability to proofread documents.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate without a direct reporting relationship.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating remote teams to achieve project goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,837.00 - $80,000.00 per year
