SurgiShop, is an environmentally conscious third-party distributor of high-end surgical disposables “PMDs” (Prescription Medical Devices) to large hospital groups, institutions, and surgical facilities, across the globe. Prerequisites
- Ability to work full time in-house (Lutz, FL)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Director or similar role with at least 4+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies/methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work and effectively communicate at the executive level, reporting directly to the President and being part of the executive team, also communicating externally with executive-level customers
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Working knowledge of various CRM software, G-Suite, and/or QuickBooks
- A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of third-party medical devices, competitive products, and the industry landscape (Bonus, not required)
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales teams and maintain sales operations
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals working towards a defined annual budget.
- Takes ownership of the full end-to-end sales cycle for new business transactions
- Manage CRM data and provide important analytical insights and initiatives
- Develop long-term territory penetration strategy for the department
- Developing the annual sales plan and strategic initiatives
- Define incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
- Provide detailed sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align efforts
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to executive management
Compensation
60,000$-80,000$ Experienced Based + performance & metric achievement bonus opportunities equating up to an additional 40,000$ yearly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
