Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Outside Sales Representative at our Clifton, NJ location. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, and developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in new business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the refinishing industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Please note, as this is an outside sales role, having a reliable vehicle is essential. We do provide a weekly gas incentive to help with travel expenses.
In addition to the base salary, the role includes an agreed-upon commission on sales made and a daily fuel incentive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
