We are a dynamic real estate team seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead and coach agents to greater production. This is a commissioned role offering an excellent opportunity for growth into higher leadership positions such as Regional Director or Office CEO.

- Lead agents by example, driving success and promoting a balanced lifestyle
- Earn income based on the production of the agents under your leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced or growth-minded real estate professional who is passionate about coaching and leadership
- Someone who is motivated to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact on the team’s success
- Experience as a leader, coach, or mentor is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
