We are a dynamic real estate team seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead and coach agents to greater production. This is a commissioned role offering an excellent opportunity for growth into higher leadership positions such as Regional Director or Office CEO.

Coach and mentor agents to help them achieve higher production levels
Lead agents by example, driving success and promoting a balanced lifestyle
Earn income based on the production of the agents under your leadership

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced or growth-minded real estate professional who is passionate about coaching and leadership
Someone who is motivated to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact on the team’s success
Experience as a leader, coach, or mentor is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
