Job Description
SOI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. The position serves as the first point of contact for SOI Group’s Administrative Support Team, plays a crucial role in supporting our office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
The primary function of this position will be processing AR /AP receipts, data entry/coding, and other administrative functions including printing and emailing of estimates, invoices, and statements, reviewing account histories with internal managers and customers, and adjustments, as necessary.
In addition, this responsibility will include management of the front office reception area, receiving and routing calls, visitors, and clients, as well as vendors and shipments received at the office.
This position requires skills for independent judgment, decision making, and good problem solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Communicate and respond to internal and external customers in a recurrent, timely manner to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Strong communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening

- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills

- Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of employee and/or customer information
- Effective computer skills for input into bookkeeping and account management software in a timely and efficient manner
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience working in an office/administrative role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks involving Microsoft Office Suite, such as data entry, word processing, and excel spreadsheets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
