As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our member base across multiple studio locations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales associates, and ensuring that our studios meet and exceed their revenue goals. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fitness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff across multiple locations.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members and key accounts.
- Address member concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Implement programs to attract new members and enhance the overall client experience.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to ownership.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with local businesses and community events to drive sales leads and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2yrs+ sales leadership. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Experience managing multiple locations or teams is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in sales software and CRM tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in sales or fitness management is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Pilates and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
