It starts with immense earning potential! The average annual compensation of a first year is usually around $90,000 - $140,000 , but for our top performers, the earning potential is dramatically higher. The top 10% of fully ramped Sales people have averaged around $300,000 in the past year.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers in a face-to-face sales environment, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and Sunrun's exceptional offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop a deep understanding of Sunrun's solar products and financing options, tailoring proposals to maximize value for each customer.
- Collaborate with the wider Sunrun team, including Project Managers and Installers, to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Continuously improve your sales skills and industry knowledge, staying up to date with market trends and best practices.
