Qualifications * Valid Driver's License * Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties * Must have the ability to be clear and precise when communicating * Strong work ethic * Results-driven mindset * Ability to work outdoors * Driver's License (Required) * Montgomery county MD, and Fairfax VA.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Responsibilities * Helping customers find the right products and warranties to fit their needs is our main goal! * In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team and will be in front of customers as a major part of your daily duties * navigate handle with interior and exterior retail and insurance claims * Services We Provide: Water Damage Restoration, Roofing Repair, Siding Repair, Window Repair, Gutter Repair, Property Damage Inspection * Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity * Exceed personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus * Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships * Develop strong product and customer knowledge * Work on special projects and contribute to team domination * Communicate with customers throughout the sales lifecycle * Work closely with our Marketing Team & Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas maximizing market sales opportunities * Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and participate in weekly Marketing meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,997.00 - $108,888.00 per year
