Job Description
The Med Spa Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company or organization. Their role involves managing various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency, productivity, profitability and granular management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of the aesthetics and plastic surgery business models and has a demonstrated track record of performance metrics and a deep understanding of the aesthetics and cosmetic services industry, market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment. This person will have previous experience working in a similar environment where Liposuction, In Office Procedures and Cosmetic Treatments are performed.
This is a production pay role so the sky is the limit for someone sales driven with the skillset to push to next level.
Some key responsibilities of an Med Spa Sales Manager include:
1. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.
2. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Resource Management: Allocating resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet operational requirements.
4. Quality Control: Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for products or services through quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing budgets for operational expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
6. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact operations, such as supply chain disruptions, regulatory compliance issues, or safety hazards.
7. Team Management: Providing management and guidance to business units, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
8. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of operational processes and making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
9. Must have med spa experience and know all service lines in a standard med spa. RN's and clinical staff are welcome to apply. Any combination of Sales/Injectible experience is required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
