Fleet Agent (Part Time)

What will your days look like, concretely?

Reporting to the Material Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Performing a round of the vehicles in the fleet and ensuring they meet the organization’s standards
• Charging electric vehicles
• Cleaning the vehicles at our car wash or with our external suppliers
• Participating in various seasonal projects (putting new vehicles into service, handling decals, parking permits, snow removal, etc.)

You may also be asked to:

• Maintain good relationships with fleet suppliers, including car dealerships, mechanics, technicians, auto body repair shops, and parking partners
• Collaborate on specific projects at our other Canadian branches

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• High school diploma with at least 1 year of work experience
• Similar experience on the road is an asset
• Computer skills
• Bilingualism in English is an asset

CONDITIONS

• Part-time position, 2 to 3 days per week
• Salary: $20.52 per hour
• Evening shifts: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM - 2 to 3 days a week
