Originally established in Silicon Valley, RRM has made its home in Las Vegas for several years. We provide cutting-edge internet marketing solutions for client businesses in several different industries in the United States and Canada.
Our founder consistently contributes educational articles about marketing for a variety of national industry trade magazines and has also written books about marketing for the home improvement and funeral industries.
To succeed in this position, you must have prior success selling custom-designed solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. You will prospect for and sell to owners and upper management with the expectation of a two-call close for products costing the buyer +/- $25000 annually. We need you to earn more than $125,000. You must have strong closing skills, be willing to find new opportunities, possess the ability to sell value and not price, manage projects effectively, work well independently and be held accountable for your goals. You must also be willing to travel at least one time per month.

Expectations of this Position:
- Prospecting for and selling RRM’s marketing solutions to home improvement businesses.
- Effectively communicate product details, benefits, and pricing structure to prospective clients.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Leveraging B2B sales experience and knowledge to call high within small organizations.
- Owning the full sales cycle, from the initial presentation to closing.
- Frequently self-evaluating performance to ensure alignment with the corporate mission, sales department's mission, and company values.
- Working remotely while also conducting face-to-face prospecting and sales within a prescribed geographic area.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Sales.
- Be willing to travel to trade shows and events, as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Business to Business sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Ability to sell products costing the buyer +/- $25000 annually.
- Ability to earn more than $125,000 annually, base plus commission.
- Ability to understand and convey the features, advantages, and benefits of various products and services.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience in a two-call close sales environment.
- Comfortable working in a medium pressure, closely managed team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work remotely and conduct face-to-face sales.
- Willingness to be held accountable for performance and results.
- Technical skills: ability to effectively navigate technology including Microsoft 365 Products.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Prior knowledge and experience in marketing is a plus.
- Quiet, designated remote work from home area is required.
- Preferred experience in the Home Improvement or Deathcare Industry.
