Job Description
The Executive Sales Director is responsible for the success of the company’s sales targets within the Asset Management Platform. They will collaborate with their sales manager to identify new business opportunities within the heavy equipment, agricultural and rental industries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the sales lead point of the Ryken brand while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with their account manager to ensure the customer is served appropriately.
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s needs.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize outstanding sales skills to prospect, demo, and ultimately close new business.
- Manage, grow, and foster all Agent relationships associated with the Ryken brand.
- Travel as business dictates.
- Attending trade shows to promote company products and services.
Experience Requirements
Experience in the construction or rental management industry is a plus. The ability to prove a positive revenue/growth history. Able to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in sales and account management through previous roles.
