Overview:

Wilson Equipment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our company. As a key member of our corporate management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth as a HEAVY EQUIPMENT COMPANY. You will lead our sales teams from each location in Oregon, to design innovative strategies, and build strong relationships with our customers.

What you will do:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

· Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular reports to the Corporate Executives.

· Provide training and ongoing coaching to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

· Join forces with Marketing to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and risks.

· Collaborate with the department managers to ensure inventory availability, delivery schedules, and equipment maintenance are optimized.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and resolve escalated customer issues.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

What you will need:

- Proven track record in sales, business development, and driving revenue growth
- Experience in negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and negotiate contracts
- Strong account management skills with the ability to drive results and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and Corporate Executives.

Compensation is determined upon experience ..... beginning at $95,000 per year (plus a highly competitive commission and/or bonus program).
