We provide steel buildings to commercial and private customers, including buildings for businesses, schools, churches, vineyards, private hangars, barns, and much more!

Competitive compensation includes base salary and sales-based monthly commission.

About the Role

This is an inside sale, in-office position where personal accountability is a must. Our Sales Consultants excel at:

  • Learning the green building industry and its exciting growth and sustainability, which can be used in LEED certifications, while keeping up on new products, services, and information for our customers.
  • Increasing sales revenue to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Aggressively pursuing new leads and opportunities.
  • Following up on quotes/leads and negotiating as needed.
  • Maintaining customer files through proprietary CRM and software technologies.
  • Engaging in training and business development programs to master sales techniques and skills.
  • Connecting and networking with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers working on exciting commercial and residential projects, many of which are unique and progressive in nature.
  • Managing and maintaining building sales in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • Positive, motivated, andexperienced sales individual.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Motivated by exceeding sales goals and professional success.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Coachable and collaborative across company divisions.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
  • Enjoys an 8am-5pm Mon-Fri work schedule, with flex schedule availability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Denver, CO (Headquarters)

Compensation

  • Total Compensation Range $80,000 to $300,000
  • Base Salary plus monthly commission structure
  • Referral bonuses for staff positions
