Responsibilities:
- Sales: Successfully present repairs and services to customers based on their needs, goals, and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, providing transparent recommendations, and ensuring exceptional service experiences. These relationships are foundational to our success and contribute to long-term customer loyalty.
- Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, in person, via email, and text. Assisting with customer check-in and check-out procedures.
- Administrative: Create clear, comprehensive repair orders for clients using the company process, process part orders/returns, and dispatch repairs as needed.
- Other tasks: Any other task that contributes to the smooth operation of the shop and enhances the overall customer experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
