Job Description

Spirit Motorcycles San Jose has an immediate need for Parts Sales Consultant for their growing Parts and Service Department with highly competitive compensation. The Parts Consultant is responsible for selling parts, clothing and Accessories, helping controlling Inventory, ordering parts and required components needed to perform maintenance and repairs motorcycles. In addition, you will have a key technical sales role in dealing directly with customers at times.

Duties:

- Maintain clean and tidy workplace

- Provide Service Department with proper parts and tools to perform vehicle repairs

- Keep fast moving parts in stock while minimalizing obsolescence

- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction

- Assist customers with their parts needs over the counter

- Order parts from OEM's and Vendors

- Contribute to inventory control and ensure accurate tracking of parts and supplies

Other duties/responsibilities as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in parts management or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance processes is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors is a must

- Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures

- Indian Motorcycle / Triumph / Royal enfield / Aprilia / Moto Guzzi / Canam experience a plus

- Proficiency in using forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus
