About this role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Professional to help us bring our clients' architectural dreams to life. The ideal candidate should be coachable, approachable, sociable, and organized, with strong analytical skills to help our clients solve problems. Real estate experience is a plus. Here are a few responsibilities you would expect:

Job Description:

• Execute the assignments from the sales manager, proactively conduct sales activities including but not limited to market research, establish client relationships, visit customers, implement sales strategies and promotional plans, and collect competitive market information.
• Respond to customers’ questions and requests, solve problems in a timely manner, and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Work closely with your team to establish and provide our clients with a healthy customer journey.
• Keep up with current market information and industry trends.
• Eager to learn more professional knowledge and demonstrate product features and advantages to customers.
• Meet the company's sales KPIs, track pipeline, sales process, and conversion rates.
• Be flexible with schedules and available to work on Saturdays to meet business needs.
• Participate in company marketing events and help with event settings.
• Assist in company office operations and Perform other duties when needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales (Preferred)
• Prior experience in insurance, construction, or solar sales (Preferred)
• Must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Must be located in the Los Angeles area
• Must have an active driver’s license and an operable, insured vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
