Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Detail Review and Refigure Coordinator to join our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direction of the Director of Sales/Estimations, the Detail Review and Refigure Coordinator oversees, verifies, edits, and monitors the Millwork Detail process post measure and pre-sale. This includes addressing all questions and concerns from Specialists regarding measurements and labor pricing. In addition, the coordinator will monitor and track the performance of as well as train new/current estimators.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are the responsibilities for this position:
- Review, edit, and audit all completed measurements that are turned into the PSG portal.
o Turn in all measurements to Lowe’s IMS system in accordance with activity due dates.
o Ensure all details are compliant and meet the expectations of both PSG and Lowe’s.
- Monitor the following activities for the Millwork detail categories:
o Work Complete Projects
o Submit Document Projects
o Refigure Requests
- Responsible for ensuring that all previously listed activities are completed and updated as due.
o Includes following up with employee and contractor estimators/installers to ensure that these activities are complete when requested.
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to both the Millworks Detail email inbox and the Millworks Details Chat function online.
- Must learn and track all labor line-item pricing and associated scope of work.
- Must train any new estimator on the detail process and expectations.
o Includes training current estimators that have been identified as needing training/further education.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pass a criminal background check – Required
- Driver’s License – Required
- Must be 18 years of age - Required
- High School degree or equivalent with any of the following:
- 2-3 years of window and door installation or sales experience
- 3 years of construction or general contracting experience
- Able to work proficiently with computers and software applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.23 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
