- Handle client service requests, prepare submissions to carriers, and deliver professional proposals, summaries, and certificates of insurance.
- Analyze carrier quotations, review endorsements and newly issued policies for accuracy, and ensure compliance with contract insurance requirements.
- Process premium audits, assist clients in disputes, and arrange premium financing when required.
- Prepare and deliver binders, invoices, and other documents promptly upon binding of coverage.
- Manage and prioritize tasks, assign work to Account Assistants, and lead monthly renewal meetings with producers and Account Managers.
- Maintain certifications, complete training goals, and stay current on carrier underwriting requirements and authority guidelines.
- Provide timely and professional follow-up with clients, carriers, producers, and team members, while supporting special assignments from the CEO of Service.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities for client and team interactions.
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with experience in agency management systems, preferably AMS Sagitta.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
- Possesses or can obtain a Resident State Agent License within two months, with insurance experience preferred.
- College degree preferred to complement professional expertise.
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is 68k-90k per year DOE
