Northstar Flooring is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets.
EXPERIENCE IN FLOOR COVERING IS REQUIRED
This is a key leadership role that requires strong management acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
CONSIDERABLE TRAVEL TO MEET WITH EMPLOYEES & CLIENTS IS REQUIRED
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales
- Strong knowledge & committed use of our CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in outside sales & management is needed

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
