Position Summary:

As the Business Development and Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of our client’s growth and expansion in the millwork and wood products industry. You will lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategic business relationships, and identify opportunities to showcase premium product offerings to a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team, setting targets and providing guidance to achieve sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and distributors, to increase product visibility and sales.

Sales Forecasting: Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven track record of successful business development and sales management in a similar industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

· Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

· Self-motivated and results-driven.

· Knowledge of millwork and construction-related wood products is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
