Brand Ambassador/Supervisor

Inventa is a leader in the design, creation, and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 27th year, we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.   

After a successful launch in Ontario, Circular Materials is headed to New Brunswick! We are searching for a team of experienced Brand Ambassadors and a Supervisor to head this recycling forward activation. Popping up at events throughout the Summer to talk to community members about how Circular Materials is leading the charge for a greener New Brunswick!

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, in addition to having open availability for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired, as well as experience with customer service and public relations.  

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.  
• Educating and interacting with customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.  
• Assist team with set up and tear down of footprint and assets 
• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.  
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.  
• Representing the company positively and professionally. Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.  
• Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to final report 

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Picking up and returning vehicle and assets  
• Facilitating and participating set up and tear down 
• Maintaining assets while on footprint 
• Managing BA’s while in-field 
• Coordinating with team and assigning duties and breaks 
• Liaising with site contacts and Account Coordinator  
• Completing final report and submitting to Account Coordinator 

Brand Ambassador/Supervisor Requirements:

• Drivers license required for Supervisor position  
• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.   
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.  
• Ability to drive 16ft or 1 ton truck & open to travel.  
• Must be bilingual (French and English)

Schedule

Training:  TBD

Activation Date range: May – Sept 2024. Official dates are TBD

Payrates:

• Brand Ambassador: $24/hr
• Supervisor: $28/hr
• Perdiem + Hotel accommodation provided when activating outside of Fredricton area

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
