Responsibilities:

· Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.

· Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured.

· Utilizing computer systems and Microsoft-based programs to process orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain records.

· Learning and becoming proficient in our custom product offerings, including custom stamps, nameplates, and other specialized custom items.

· Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

· Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft-based programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.

· Willingness to learn and train on custom products and procedures.

· Ability to work Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime as needed.

· Inside Sales experience is a plus, as well as graphic design and or/ promotional products

This position will involve a probationary period of 90 days, during which training, and evaluation will take place.
