Inside Sales Manager
Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Inside sales manager will be responsible for generating and building relationships with Mortgage Brokers in Ontario. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong passion for relationship building, exceptional communication skills, and brings with them business development experience. This is a remote position with some travel requirements within the market.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the Alternative and Private mortgage industry in Canada
- A passion for relationship building and business development.
- Effective decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience and knowledge of industry functions, trade shows and event management
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- 5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Post-secondary education
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Originating residential mortgages through the broker channel, while maintaining a strong focus on relationship management.
- Developing and nurturing productive partnerships with mortgage brokers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Connecting with brokers new to Westboro and developing these relationships into a managed account.
- Providing comprehensive sales support and training on our products and lending guidelines to broker partners.
- Collaborating with underwriters to resolve challenges and maintain effective communication with partners.
- Representing Westboro Mortgage Investment Corp at key industry events, enhancing our reputation in the market.
- Success in this role will be measured by funded volumes, broker efficiencies, and client satisfaction.
