Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and account management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage client relationships, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets within the technology sector.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain market position.

Skills

  • Strong experience in technical sales with an emphasis on technology products or services.
  • Proven account management skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all levels.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective sales tracking and management.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating a diverse team towards common objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
