As part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we’re seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Sales Manager & Training Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Team. This hybrid role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make an impact on both sales and team development.

Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager & Training Coordinator for our Customer Experience Team, you'll play a pivotal role in reaching out to past brunch attendees, ensuring they had a fantastic experience, and encouraging them to return for another memorable brunch. You'll manage a part-time team, train new staff, and implement sales strategies to increase bookings. This is a hybrid, remote role with the flexibility to work from home most of the week, but you’ll be required to attend in-person team calling sessions every Tuesday evening from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM in Plantation, FL.

In addition, you will work closely with the team to develop training materials, onboard new hires, and track performance, ensuring our customer service and sales goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Reach out to past brunch attendees to gather feedback, ensure they had a positive experience, and encourage repeat business. You'll be the driving force behind re-engaging previous guests and expanding our customer base.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Lead and train a customer experience team, providing ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to ensure that all team members understand the standards and goals of Beyond Brunch Sundays.
  • System Implementation: Develop and implement systems that streamline operations, optimize team performance, and ensure the customer experience department runs efficiently as it grows.
  • Customer Experience: Actively engage with past brunch attendees to understand their experience, address any concerns, and provide tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • In-Person Team Sessions: Attend weekly team calling sessions on Tuesdays (5:30 PM - 8:00 PM) in Plantation to guide and motivate your team, ensuring key targets are being met.
  • Cultural Immersion: Attend Sunday Brunch regularly to gain a deep understanding of the experience, culture, and guest expectations, so you can effectively train your team and share knowledge with guests.
  • Commission Opportunities: You’ll have the chance to earn commissions based on the number of successful bookings (parties) you bring back to our Sunday Brunch.

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and has a passion for sales, customer service, and training. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and have a natural ability to motivate and inspire others.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales management, training coordination, customer service, or marketing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Quick thinker with the ability to resolve challenges and adapt to changing situations
  • Passion for guest satisfaction and creating exceptional experiences
  • Experience with implementing systems and processes for team efficiency
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be open to attending Sunday Brunch to understand our experience firsthand
  • Reliable transportation to attend in-person team sessions and events
  • Ability to commit to weekly Tuesday evening team sessions (5:30 PM - 8:00 PM) in Plantation, FL
