IT Account Manager (AS100085)
Astrosoft Technologies LLC is seeking to hire an experienced IT Account Manager in Tampa (FL).
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with Clients and Business Partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities :
- IT Account Manager is responsible for growing the IT Consulting business. Candidate have to develop, manage, and foster relationships with prospective clients to provide IT Services and Solutions.
- Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities within current clients by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication with the client. promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Identify leads, qualify prospective business, create proposals, negotiate contracts, present to clients, and create new sustainable business partnerships
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of new and unexplored prospects in targeted industries and functions
- Attend Meetings, Conferences and Events to Promote IT Services and Resources.
- Identify and nurture client-side Opportunities (FT, Contract, Perm to Hire, Projects) and collaborate with internal Recruiting team to fulfill client needs.
- Interview and hire the best talent to meet internal business needs
Qualifications :
- 4-year college degree in technology, business, or sales/marketing
- 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing and Consulting Services
- Familiarity with IT skills, procedures, and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Extremely Organized, Honest and has ability to work independently and with the team
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals
- Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results driven
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
