Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing payments
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to quickly learn about our products and services
- Proficient in using technology tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
