Speeders is racing to new levels, and we’re looking for great people to join us as we grow. Now the most exciting entertainment in the city, offering a full bar and restaurant in addition to our racetrack and other attractions, we are seeking an Event Sales Manager to continue driving our growth.

*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a proven track record in event management, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*Responsibilities:*

  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • ⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • ⁠ ⁠Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients.
  • ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process.

*Requirements:*

  • ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CRM software.
  • ⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

  • sales: 2 years (preferred)
