*Job Description:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a proven track record in event management, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
