Sales Manager in Training

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

Consistently ranked in the top 10-20% of the sales team over 2-3 months.
Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills demonstrated in last 1-2 months.
Mastered company products, services, and sales tools within 3 months.
At least 2-3 months of tenure with us, eager for increased responsibility.
Must hold valid Life Insurance licensure.
Committed to completing assigned leadership training.

Key Responsibilities and Transition Plan

Month 1: Co-lead sales team meetings with the owner, handle minor tasks, and start coaching/training on reporting systems.
Month 2: Lead portions of sales meetings, conduct one-on-one sessions, manage support queries, and handle reporting with oversight.
Month 3: Fully lead sales team meetings, take over recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and reporting, establishing your leadership style.
