Our job is to assist our clients in new customer acquisition, business development, and increasing their market penetration. Over this past year, we have experienced much success in the significant number of consumers we have been able to enroll in new wireless products. Because of our success, we are expanding our Account Manager Trainee team!
We are actively hiring for an Account Manager Trainee position. The Account Manager Trainee role is a permanent, full-time position. The core function of the role is to generate sales and drive new customer enrollment. The Account Manager Trainee will also assist in developing a superior customer experience, ensuring we exceed customer expectations, conduct product presentations, and maintain relationships with prospective customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:
- Attend hands-on training from senior Account Manager Trainees to understand the fundamentals of the role and gain knowledge of products and subscription packages
- Interact with consumers in a friendly manner and use consultative and quality-based sales techniques to recommend products and subscription packages
- Master the entire sales and enrollment process for each individual consumer and be able to educate each consumer fully on the benefits
- Follow all client compliance guidelines when interacting with consumers to ensure the safety of all
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism when working with consumers to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in our program
- Collaborate with fellow Account Manager Trainee team members to enhance the consumer experience and improve customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any consumer issues by actively listening to concerns and implementing resolutions that will exceed their expectations
Requirements of the Account Manager Trainee:
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service, sales, or other related consumer-facing fields
- Must have advanced communication and people skills, as well as a passion for helping others
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and consumer needs while maintaining a high level of performance
- Must be a team player and possess an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our team environment and culture
- Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with consumers and team members.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
