Job Summary:
The Account Manager is a key role for this fast-growing, leading Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) company in GA with explosive historic year over year growth and expected continued growth in a fertile market. A successful candidate is one with a proven track-record of closing sales for lead-generated prospects. Role includes competitive base salary and generous total cash compensation opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Use prequalified “warm leads” to contact potential customer locations to deliver sales presentations and close new business
- Demonstrate strong closing techniques
- Report on sales including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking metrics
- Gain a thorough understanding of existing products, services, and initiatives, including the principles of responsible gaming
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively
- Participate in ongoing training and education to set you up for sales success
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years Sales experience
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skill
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work autonomously, as well as excellent situational judgment.
- Extensive travel within your assigned region
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environments
