Job Description
This is an outside sales position. Ideal candidates will have experience in outsides sales and/or the salon industry.
Responsibilities:
- Actively build new sales opportunities by consistently prospecting new salons through cold calling
- Develop and grow your salons through education, business classes, and sales opportunities.
- Scale your salons' sales by instructing healthy management of salon inventory and ordering.
- Strive to establish a sales need while instructing and providing valuable insight to your clients, then selling in new products and promotions to support your plan of action.
- Support team members in reaching district goals.
- Continue learning by attending all Sales training events and educational events.
- Help salons and their stylists achieve their professional goals by passionately consulting and mentoring them.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant (salon industry preferred, but willing to train)
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Familiarity with Google Suite
