Job Description

This is an outside sales position. Ideal candidates will have experience in outsides sales and/or the salon industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively build new sales opportunities by consistently prospecting new salons through cold calling
  • Develop and grow your salons through education, business classes, and sales opportunities.
  • Scale your salons' sales by instructing healthy management of salon inventory and ordering.
  • Strive to establish a sales need while instructing and providing valuable insight to your clients, then selling in new products and promotions to support your plan of action.
  • Support team members in reaching district goals.
  • Continue learning by attending all Sales training events and educational events.
  • Help salons and their stylists achieve their professional goals by passionately consulting and mentoring them.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sales consultant (salon industry preferred, but willing to train)
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Familiarity with Google Suite

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

  • Fairfield, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
