You’ll play a key role in bringing our mouthwatering Mexican flavors to life at events across our communities while building meaningful connections and driving our catering sales to the next level.

The Role - What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

Strategic Planning & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our catering services, in partnership with marketing and leadership
• Lead community outreach, market research, and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain current ones
• Present custom catering proposals to clients and turn qualified leads into profitable contracts

Community Engagement

• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations, attend networking events, and position Burrachos as the go-to catering option for corporate and community events
• Represent Burrachos at trade shows and promotional activities, growing our presence and reputation in the catering market

Qualifications - What You Bring To The Table:

• 3-5 years experience in fast food catering sales and catering management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to travel weekly to each restaurant and event locations (60% travel)
