```Duties```
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve catering revenue goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with culinary team to create customized menus and proposals for clients
- Coordinate logistics for catering events, including staffing, equipment, and transportation
- Oversee event execution to ensure high-quality service and adherence to client specifications
- Manage catering budget, including cost analysis, pricing, and profitability assessment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, as it will enable effective communication with a diverse client base
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
