MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming customer calls, analyze their needs, and direct to the appropriate resource.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Administrative oversight of the RMA paperwork process including customer communication regarding status and options for repair.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound warm calls and emails.
- Processing orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with other departments for timely delivery.
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Assisting sales representatives by coordinating sales activities and providing necessary materials.
- Maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and analyzing customer data to optimize sales efforts.
- Maintain and update inventory of sales related literature.
- Other duties and projects as required and assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Competencies
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Office 365
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and find solutions quickly.
- Ability to work well with different departments and motivate.
Education/Experience
- Associate or bachelors degree in-process or completed, and a combination of qualifications listed above
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience taking and dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Sales Force or similar CRM
- Experience working with an ERP
Physical Requirements
- Physical demands: Regularly lift 35 pounds and use of hand and wrists when typing information on keyboard. Must be able to twist, reach overhead, crawl, stoop, and bend to the floor. Occasionally lift 50 pounds.
- Hearing accommodation: Must be able to make and receive phone calls.
- Visual accommodation: Must be able to read written materials and instructions to communicate with co-workers and customers.
Working conditions
- Employee works in a clean environment with little exposure to fumes and dust. Work may occasionally be performed in a manufacturing type environment.
