What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated B2B Sales Manager with a passion for personal growth and driving sales results. If you’re ready to lead and grow a department, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire B2B sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, client management, and closing deals.
- Generate and nurture leads through research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Develop effective sales strategies and scripts for outreach.
- Oversee inbound leads from marketing and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably managing a sales team.
- Strong track record in generating sales and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Excel).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced in sales KPIs.
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree (related field preferred).
- Knowledge of the household products industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
