About Us:
F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. We’re seeking self-driven, motivated, and energetic individuals to help expand our member base by focusing on lead generation and converting those leads into new members.

Position Overview:
As a Membership Sales Consultant, your primary role will be to utilize your network and connections to drive new memberships for our studio. You’ll also participate in promotional events to attract and sign up potential members. While the main focus is on new member acquisition, there’s potential for the role to evolve to include member retention and engagement responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Use your local network to generate and follow up on leads.
Attend and organize promotional events to attract potential members, including managing tables at local events.
Discuss membership options with prospective members after classes or during events to convert leads into memberships.
Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience that connects them to the studio and community.
Contribute to member retention efforts as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

Strong connections in the Pompano Beach area.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody (training provided).

Compensation:

Hourly pay for promotional events and activities.
Commission opportunities for lead generation and membership conversions (details discussed during the interview).
